Job Responsibilities:

Training Delivery – 70%     

 

  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor training sessions for front-line staff and store managers across assigned stores.
  • Deliver induction programs, product training, SOP/process training, customer service modules, and behavioral workshops.
  • Analyze training needs by collaborating with Store Leadership & Regional Teams,          
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, observation, and performance metrics (e.g., conversion %, ATV, UPT).
  • Facilitate on-the-job coaching and follow-up sessions to reinforce learning outcomes.
  • Support store launches, turnaround store interventions, and seasonal campaign rollouts with targeted learning interventions.
  • Maintain detailed training MIS and regional training dashboards.     

 

Content Development & LMS – 30%        

 

  • Support the central L&D team in developing engaging, retail-relevant content for various training needs (e.g., SOPs, product capsules, role-based journeys).
  • Act as the LMS SPOC for the region—train store leaders on platform usage and troubleshoot LMS-related queries.
  • Curate digital learning resources in collaboration with product, operations, and customer experience teams.
  • Monitor LMS usage, completion rates, and learner engagement data; generate insights for improvement.

Skills Required:

Good To have Skills -Exposure to digital learning tools and content creation (Articulate, Canva, PowerPoint, Vyond , etc.)
