Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership: Manage end‑to‑end sales and operations for Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Kerala; ensure achievement of area sales targets and KPIs.

• Franchise Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing franchisees; monitor franchise performance and implement improvement plans.

• New Partner Onboarding: Scout and evaluate potential locations; lead franchisee selection, onboarding, and handover to operations.

• Market Intelligence: Maintain deep understanding of local market dynamics, competitor activity, pricing and customer behavior to inform strategy.

• Retail Analytics and MIS: Analyze sales reports, dashboards and MIS to identify gaps and opportunities; translate insights into actionable plans.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach and develop field and store teams; conduct performance reviews and drive productivity improvements.

• Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational processes and audit requirements.

• Travel and Field Execution: Conduct frequent store and partner visits to ensure

execution, merchandising standards and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.

• Experience: 10–12 years in retail sales, area management or franchise development with demonstrable experience in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Pondicherry markets.

• Travel: Willingness to travel extesively across the assigned territories.

Skills Required:

Skills and Competencies: • Preferred Skills: Franchisee management; onboarding new partners; property scouting; retail analytics; team management. • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills; experience with MIS and sales dashboards. • Business Skills: Ability to evaluate ROI for locations and marketing; commercial acumen; negotiation skills. • Behavioral Competencies: Strong stakeholder management; decisive execution orientation; excellent communication; cultural fluency in regional markets is an advantage.
